Salary and Fellowship
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fellowship of up to:
- ₹37,000 per month for the first and second year
- ₹42,000 per month from the third year onwards (upon redesignation as Senior Research Fellow, subject to committee approval)
The fellowship amount may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following degrees:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE)
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- M.Sc. in relevant discipline
- B.Voc.
- B.Pharm. (as applicable under project norms)
Candidates must have:
- First-class academic record
- Minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 from Class X onwards
Desirable Skills
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:
- Power electronics circuit design and simulation
- PCB design and hardware validation
- Microcontroller programming
- FPGA programming

GATE Requirement
- A valid GATE score is preferred.
- For candidates with qualifications up to M.E./M.Tech level, GATE is not mandatory.
