Salary and Fellowship

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fellowship of up to:

  • ₹37,000 per month for the first and second year
  • ₹42,000 per month from the third year onwards (upon redesignation as Senior Research Fellow, subject to committee approval)

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following degrees:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
  • M.Sc. in relevant discipline
  • B.Voc.
  • B.Pharm. (as applicable under project norms)

Candidates must have:

  • First-class academic record
  • Minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5 from Class X onwards

Desirable Skills

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:

  • Power electronics circuit design and simulation
  • PCB design and hardware validation
  • Microcontroller programming
  • FPGA programming

GATE Requirement

  • A valid GATE score is preferred.
  • For candidates with qualifications up to M.E./M.Tech level, GATE is not mandatory.

Project Duration

The appointment will be for:
