This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on the GDC Classes platform operated by GPAT Discussion Center Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our products (digital content and educational services), we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.
- Digital products and services are non-refundable once access is granted.
- Physical products (books) are eligible for replacement/refund only under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Digital Products & Services (Non-Refundable)
This includes:
- Online courses
- Test series
- E-books / PDFs
- Recorded lectures
Once:
- Payment is successful, and
- Access to the content is provided
👉 The service is considered delivered, and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
This is because digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
3. Physical Products (Books & Study Material)
We allow replacement or refund only in genuine cases, such as:
a. Damaged / Defective Product
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Mandatory unboxing video required
b. Wrong Item Delivered
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video required as proof
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests are reviewed and approved after verification
- Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 business days
- No additional cost for valid replacement cases
5. Return & Refund Policy (Physical Products Only)
- Returns (if approved) must be shipped back as instructed
- Refund will be processed only after product is received and verified
- Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/replacements will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Digital products (after access is granted)
- Minor wear, folds, or packaging-related issues
- Color variation due to screen/display differences
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
- Failure to provide required proof (unboxing video/images)
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment is successfully completed
- For digital services, cancellation is not applicable after access is granted
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a customer raises a chargeback or dispute with a bank or payment gateway without contacting us or without valid reason:
- Access to services may be suspended immediately
- The account may be blocked permanently
- We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first for resolution.
9. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
Delays may occur depending on the bank or payment gateway.
