Educational Qualification (Direct Recruitment)
To apply for the post of Pharmacy Officer, candidates must have:
- ✔️ 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry
- ✔️ B.Pharmacy (4 years)
OR - ✔️ Pharm.D (6 years)
- ✔️ Must be registered pharmacist under Pharmacy Act, 1948
- ✔️ Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject in Matric or higher education

Promotion Criteria
Candidates applying through promotion must have:
- ✔️ 5 years experience as:
- Multi Purpose Health Worker OR
- Laboratory Technician
- ✔️ Same educational qualification as direct recruitment
- ✔️ Pharmacist registration required
Transfer / Deputation Criteria
- ✔️ Same educational qualifications (B.Pharmacy / Pharm.D)
- ✔️ Minimum 5 years experience as Pharmacy Officer
- ✔️ Must be registered pharmacist
- ✔️ Hindi/Sanskrit requirement
Important Note
Candidates who have completed or taken admission in Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) before 17 December 2021 are still eligible for the post.
