Salary Details

Research Associate (RA)

  • Monthly Fellowship: ₹67,000
  • HRA: As per DRDO rules
  • Contingency Grant: Up to ₹20,000 per year
  • Tenure: 2 Years

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

  • ₹37,000 + HRA per month (First 2 Years)
  • Upgraded to SRF: ₹42,000 + HRA per month
  • Contingency Grant:
    • ₹15,000 per year as JRF
    • ₹20,000 per year as SRF
  • Maximum Tenure: 5 Years

Age Limit

Research Associate (RA)

  • Maximum Age: 35 Years

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

  • Maximum Age: 28 Years
