Educational Qualification
For Chief Executive Officer

Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- At least 3 years in startup ecosystem, incubation centre, project management, or industry experience

For Incubation Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Business, or Management
- MBA candidates preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in startup ecosystem, incubation centre, R&D, or business development
Age Limit:
- Below 45 years
For Incubation Associate
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Business, or Management
Experience:
- No experience required
Age Limit:
- Below 40 years
Important Responsibilities
The selected candidates will work in startup incubation, innovation management, entrepreneurship development, event handling, documentation, startup coordination, technology commercialization, and business development activities.
Key duties include:
- Managing startup incubation programs
- Coordinating innovation and entrepreneurship activities
- Handling startup events and outreach
- Managing administrative and financial documentation
