Books, printed notes and other study materials are sold on a No Return, No Refund & No Replacement basis.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact our support team with your “Name, Order ID and relevant details”. The issue will be reviewed and assistance will be provided where applicable.

For duplicate payments, payment deductions without order confirmation, or other verified payment errors, please contact us with your transaction details.

Eligible refunds, if approved or required by applicable law/payment-gateway rules, will be processed to the original payment method.
