This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through the platform operated by GPAT Discussion Center Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”).


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We provide free shipping across India for all physical books and study materials.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

Digital Products:
All digital products (e-books, test series, courses) are delivered electronically via:

  • Email, and/or
  • Student dashboard

immediately after successful payment. No physical shipping is involved.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders for physical products are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.
  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.


4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We use trusted logistics partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • India Post
  • Other recognized courier services

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number (AWB) to monitor shipment status.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details (name, address, PIN code, phone number)
  • Be available at the delivery address to receive the package

Failure to provide correct details may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Non-delivery
  • Return of shipment to origin

6. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

If a shipment is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address, or
  • Not accepted / unclaimed by the customer

👉 Re-delivery will be initiated only after payment of applicable re-shipping charges.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is returned and verified, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery
  • Record an unboxing video in case of damage or incorrect product

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free within India unless otherwise specified
  • No additional charges should be paid to courier personnel

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery
