These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, and visitors.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
We provide:
- Online coaching programs
- Digital products (e-books, PDFs, test series, recorded lectures)
- Physical products (books and study materials)
All services and materials are intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Account Registration & Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
- Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
- Any unauthorized use or sharing of accounts may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
- Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU.
- GDC Classes does not store sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI PINs.
- Orders/services are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
In case of payment failure or interruption, access to services will not be granted until successful transaction confirmation.
5. Digital Products & Services
- All digital products (courses, test series, PDFs, recorded content) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Access to digital content may be limited by duration or validity period.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, screen recording, or sharing of digital content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Physical Products (Books & Study Material)
- Shipping is available within India only.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
- Ownership of physical goods passes upon successful delivery.

7. Refund, Cancellation & Chargebacks
- Digital products are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once access is granted.
- Refunds for physical products are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and processed.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes:
If a user initiates a chargeback or dispute with a bank or payment gateway without valid reason, GDC Classes reserves the right to:
- Suspend user access immediately
- Recover dues through legal means
- Block future purchases
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including study material, videos, designs, branding, and website content is the intellectual property of GPAT Discussion Center Private Limited.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- GDC Classes does not guarantee specific exam results or outcomes.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- We are not responsible for:
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Payment gateway failures
- Internet connectivity issues
- Courier delays
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Misuse services for fraudulent purposes
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- Misuse of services is identified
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
