If you want to take admission to a D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) course in Uttar Pradesh, you must meet the following eligibility criteria.

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board with:

  • Physics (Compulsory)
  • Chemistry (Compulsory)
  • Biology or Mathematics

Some colleges also accept Biotechnology or Computer Science as the third subject, depending on their admission rules.


2. Minimum Marks

  • General/OBC: Usually 45–50% aggregate in Class 12 (varies by college)
  • SC/ST: Relaxation may be available as per government norms.

3. Age Limit
